EFFRA

Update: 28 July 2015

Registration for the annual ‘Factories of the Future’ PPP Info Day is now open online. The event will take place in the Charlemagne Building (Brussels) on 15 October.

The Info Day is an ideal opportunity to learn more about the 2016/2017 call topics, meet the European Commission project officers and identify potential projects/project partners.

EFFRA will open online brokerage well in advance of the Info Day once the call topics are officially published in September.

There will be a very high level of interest therefore EFFRA strongly recommends that interested people register at the earliest opportunity. The European Commission is responsible for registration and therefore EFFRA members must register directly.

Dear members of AM-Platform,

we would like to invite you to our 1st official public RepAIR workshop at Euromold 2014 in Frankfurt a.M. On the 28th of November we will present an overview of current results of all work packages.

The RepAIR project follows an holistic approach to support the entire supply chain by integrating Additive Manufacturing as a new option for the repair of aircraft parts. The workshop will be structured along a storyline from part lifetime prediction and failure estimation, decision support for MRO, the actual AM technologies to overarching topics like certification. Please find attached the complete programme of the workshop. As a core element of the RepAIR approach, you are kindly invited to explore a first version of our high batch repair solution at the booth of SLM Solution. The RepAIR team will be represented during the whole Euromold fair at the DMRC booth in hall 11, stand C90.

We are looking forward to meet you in Frankfurt and to receive your feedback on our intermediary outcomes and plans for the second project phase! Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any question or remark.

Best regards,

Eric Klemp, Jens Pottebaum and Rainer Koch

on behalf of the RepAIR team
