Conclusions and end of the meeting

EFFRA is currently preparing the strategic research and innovation agenda (SRIA) for the Made In Europe Partnership under the next Research and Innovation Framework Programme 'Horizon Europe'.

In order to lay the foundations of the Made In Europe Partnership, a guidance document has been prepared in cooperation with the Eurpean Commission. The documents reflects the need for and the ambition of this new manufacturing partnership. It describes a set of Main Objectives and associated Research & Innovation Objectives, as well as a Key Performance Indicators. This guidance document builds on the vision that was described in the document 'EFFRA vision for a manufacturing partnership in Horizon Europe' that was published in March 2019.

Currently EFFRA carries out a consultation consisting of two main tracks:

-One track aims at collecting the opinion of individual experts who respond on behalf of their organisation (or on behalf of a part of their organisation)

-The other track collects information from the perspective of finished or ongoing European Projects, in particular addressing Factories of the Future PPP projects, but not excluding other relevant projects. Second Coronavirus call for an Expression of Interest (H2020-SC1-PHE-CORONAVIRUS-2020-2) is now on the Funding & Tenders Portal and submission of proposals is available to applicants.
